The semi-automatic microtome is equipped with an electronic servo drive. This makes operation much easier for long-lasting cutting sequences. Cutting can be started either at the manual control panel or at a foot switch (optional). Cutting can be done in 3 variations on the hand tableau:
→Tip mode→Single stroke (alternatively with foot switch)→Continuous stroke

Additional high-speed button enables fast cutting. Pressing the Stop key stops the object in the current position. The cutting speed can be set from 1 to 150 strokes per minute.
