Basic stereo microscope for a wide range of processing options for beginners and advanced users.
The stereo microscope offers the possibility of obtaining a plastic, three-dimensional impression of the object. This is made possible by two objectives directed at the specimen from two different angles. Each objective produces a separately magnified image through its own tube and the eyepiece sitting on top of it.
The total magnification is not as large as normal microscopes. This microscope is suitable for magnification of 20x and 40x. This does not yet allow cell structures to be identified, but it does turn insects into monsters.
Stereomicroscopes are mainly used in materials research and analysis. However, it is excellent for hobby use such as beekeepers, stone collectors, etc.
It is particularly suitable for children because, unlike high-magnification microscopes, which also require knowledge of sample preparation and must be transparent, it allows everyday objects to be viewed immediately under the microscope. No matter whether this is stones, plants insects or even just your own finger.
